The location was acceptable, as it provided reasonable access to nearby attractions.
The room felt quite dated and showed its age (it needed a serious refresh). the staff seemed more interested in pushing upgrades than addressing my concerns.

I tried breakfast. It was worth it. the breakfast compared favorably with european hotels. the garden provided a beautiful and quiet area to eat away from the city noise.

i stayed in a two bedroom apartment. it had air conditioning and each room had its own honeywell unit. the rooms had big wardrobes. the apartment was big enough for my group.

the breakfast was quite good.
the rooms was dated and many things don't work. i didn't have hot water half of my stay. i had to have the microwave replaced three times to get one that worked. there was nothing to clean with in the apartment.

The staff was helpful. I appreciated the proximity to several attractions. A nearby supermarket, food options, and a pharmacy provided convenience. I also appreciated the short walk to the BURJ Khalifa Metro Station. It made getting around straightforward.

This hotel has a superb location, placing it within easy walking distance of the Dubai Mall. It offered quick access to shopping and entertainment. Public transport links are very close. The burj khalifa metro station is only minutes away.

The hotel boasts a newly refurbished lounge area. The lounge experience is really good. The hotel has a nice swimming pool. IT is a great addition for both adults and children.

The personnel provided really good attention, showing genuine kindness and a willingness to help. Many staff members are amazing. They are very accommodating. The hotel staff delivered excellent service throughout my stay.
